The second day of the trip, I at last got to Kyoto. Considering the traffic jam in Kyoto,
I tried “Park & Ride”.

After I parked on the parking place connected directly to Hamaotsu station in Keihan Line,
if I bought a train ticket for one of metro stations in kyoto and showed the ticket to a employee
of Hamaotsu station, I could get a ticket for parking there a day for 500yen.
Incidentally it took me around 25-minute by train to go to Kyotohiyakusyomae station from Hamaotsu.

Because I decided to stay at a hotel in Kyoto city then, I got a ticket for Hamaotsu in keihan line
from one of the metroes in Kyoto and showed it to an employee in Hamaotsu station
and could buy another parking charge ticket for 500yen.

I paid no more than 1000yen to park on the parking place connected directly
to Hamaotsu station for two days.

As there are several parking areas in the suburbs of Kyoto that can
use “Park & Ride”, we can choose it freely depending on our travel plan.

Well, the first visit in Kyoto of this time was “Fushimi inari shrine”.
The shrine was not famous for red leaves but I wanted to walk
under many toriis again.

There was a cat in the precincts. The cat was doing funny action,
though I couldn’t take its picture.

(Tofuku temple)

(The area of Ryoan temple)

(The area of Kinkaku temple)

(The area of Kiyomizu temple illuminated at night)

At the night, I had dinner at “Hottokeya” in Shijyogawara.
A bar which I examined in advance was full,
so I unwillingly went into “Hottokeya” near the bar. But it was considerably nice.
It was cheap and delicious.
